What can you say about JAVA? Can you give some of your insights and knowledge about this programming language? As far as I know this language is powerful and flexible that you can use it in any platform...That's why this is widely used in big enterprises.

It's a cleaner version of C++ and yes it is powerful, but you have to hire the right programmer because it does have a tendency to make sites real slow if done wrong, which is often. You'll have to do your research and check it out. Java runs best on Linux and SUN Solaris platforms, so you may want to keep that in mind.
